Shifting Tides: Autumn Equinox Yoga

Gather together in honour of shifting tides, the autumn equinox, and our movement toward the dark season. Explore yogic wisdom practices and teachings to gracefully transition from summer to fall, with an emphasis on personal ritual and true self care.

Through yoga practice, meditation, mantra, journal work, nature hikes, simple seasonal rituals & medicine making, this immersion will support you in understanding:

  • the seasonal energetics of autumn & the time of the equinox
  • how to approach yogic practice in alignment with this season
  • seasonal foods & herbs that support personal wellness during transition
  • working with personal ritual & reflection

Natalie Rousseau
Natalie Rousseau is a student of the Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara traditions since the late 90’s. Her classes reflect these traditions through the lens of her own personal life experience. Her teachings are woven around themes related to the power of practice, the wisdom of nature, and the wonder of living an ordinary life lit up through mindful presence. Most of Natalie’s energy goes into programs that foster a more intimate and supportive relationship with her students. She is primarily focused on yoga teacher-training and mentoring, as well as yogic lifestyle programs. She teaches online, in person and spends some time…
