This 30-minute daily routine is designed to help you ground and center yourself. Done regularly, you will cultivate a sense of peacefulness and ease and an ability to be more present and embodied in the moment. It will aid you in developing flexibility and help you soften various rigidities and tensions in your body. This daily routine will also give you a taste of Dance of Oneness® which aims to integrate dance, movement technique, and art with physical well-being, health, and connection to Spirit.
Ready to fuse self-expression, wisdom teachings, and healing movement? Find something with a little sway – skirt, scarf, or hips – and hit play!
