Cancellation & Refund Policies

Refund Policy

Hollyhock programs can be exciting, but can often challenge us. Please familiarize yourself with the program before registering to make sure that it is the right fit for you.

All program fees are non-refundable after 2:00pm of the first full workshop day.

Standard Cancellation Policy

We require a $395 non-refundable deposit for most bookings.

  • Cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival: $50 processing fee, balance becomes a Hollyhock Credit available for the current year or next.
  • Credits are transferable with a written authorization
  • Cancel within 7 days of arrival: forfeit the entire deposit

Please note: some programs have special deposit requirements and/or cancellation policies that are explained at time of booking. All such programs will also have their deposit and/or cancellation policy outlined in the Registration Confirmation Package that is e-mailed to all guests once their registrations are confirmed.

Please check with your airline about its cancellation policy. Hollyhock is not responsible for travel reservations booked to attend cancelled programs.

Scholarship Cancellation Policy

We require a $195 deposit for scholarship applicants.

  • If the scholarship amount offered does not allow you to attend the workshop, then you may cancel at the time you are told of this amount for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival: $50 processing fee, balance becomes a Hollyhock Credit available for the current year or next.
  • Credits are transferable with a written authorization
  • Cancel within 7 days of arrival: forfeit the entire deposit

Vancouver Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 180 days of ticket purchase, and at least 7 days before the start of the program: forfeit $50 or 50% of ticket price (whichever is less), with the remaining balance refunded.
  • Cancel more than 180 days after ticket purchase, or within 7 days before the start of the program: forfeit 100% of ticket price.
