October 22 - 23, 2016

Blending Eastern Vedic philosophy, Western science, and decades of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Jude Bijou offers a hands-on course in Attitude Reconstruction. Her practical, holistic approach demystifies the five tools that are innate in all humans: emotions, thoughts, intuition, speech, and action. She shows how to use all five tools to dependability decrease sadness, anger, and fear, and increase joy, love, and peace.

Learn how to:

  • Express your emotions naturally physically, and constructively
  • Replace your destructive thinking with its constructive opposite
  • Connect with your intuition so you have a trustworthy guide
  • Communicate simply, lovingly, and effectively by following four rules
  • Change unwanted attitudes and get unstuck in your life

Feel more of your own inner potential as you learn to use these common sense and uplifting tools. The skills you learn in this program will result in positive changes for a lifetime in your relationships and dealings with family, friends, coworkers, and community.
