All Deposit / Cancellation Policies are applied per person, per program.

Standard:

We require a $395 non-refundable deposit. If you do need to cancel, and you give us at least 1 week notice before your arrival date, then you will forfeit $50, and the remainder becomes a HOLLYHOCK Credit that you can use this season or next. If you give less than 1 week notice, you will forfeit the entire deposit.

For Those Requesting a Scholarship:

We require a $195 deposit. If the Scholarship Amount offered does not allow you to attend the workshop, then you may cancel at the time you are told of this amount for a full deposit refund.. Otherwise, if you do need to cancel, and you give us at least 1 week notice before your arrival date, then you will forfeit $50, and the remainder will be refunded. If you give less than 1 week notice, you will forfeit the entire deposit.

Please note that some programs have special deposit requirements and/or special cancellation policies, that are explained at time of booking. All such programs will also have their deposits and/or cancellation policy outlined in the Registration Confirmation Package that is e-mailed to all guests once their registrations are confirmed.

Vancouver Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 180 days of ticket purchase, and at least 1 week before the start of the program forfeit $50 or 50% of ticket price (whichever is less), with the remaining balance refunded. Cancellations more than 180 days after ticket purchase, or less than 1 week before the start of the program forfeit 100% of ticket price.
